Coordinator Program
Principled Business is ready to scale up our movement of capitalists advancing capitalism and we’re looking for new leaders to help us do so.

Benefits
What will you get out of becoming a Principled Business Coordinator?
A 6 week virtual training program to connect with other Principled Business Coordinators and prepare you to become a leader in the Principled Business Movement
Everyone who completes the training will receive a free registration to the New York Principled Business Summit
After that, Coordinators will receive access to the Principled Business infrastructure, tools, templates, network of business leaders, and team for support in building the movement
Principled Business will hold monthly calls to check in on how you’re doing building the movement and give you access to a Principled Business luminary leader
Leaders who are successfully growing the movement will get invited to other Principled Business events and opportunities from leaders across the movement.
Expectations
Principled Business Coordinators are expected to help build the Principled Business movement by hosting events, educating peers about the principles of capitalism, and develop their own leadership to serve as models for others. Specifically, this means that over the course of 1 year, Coordinators are expected to:
Organize speaking events to amplify the voices of Principled Business Leaders
Host a Principled Business Incubator Day to encourage principled entrepreneurship (template and training provided to Coordinators)
Develop your own business or take on a project to significantly grow the business you are already part of (with support from Principled Business mentors)
Document your work advancing Principled Business to share with others
Come up with other projects to advance the Principled Business movement
Who can be a Coordinator?
The Principled Business Coordinator program open to high quality leaders who want to advance the principles of capitalism and are ready to put in the work to do so, whatever stage you are at in your career. This includes:
Undergraduate and graduate students
Young Entrepreneurs
Managers
Seasoned Business Leaders
Each Coordinator will be responsible for expanding the Principled Business movement to your area based on your background and skills. This could be:
Your school
Your city
Your industry
Your profession
What we are looking for most are people who:
Believe in and are committed to the principles of capitalism
Eager to amplify those principles to others and build this movement
Are ready to organize events
Can write and more broadly communicate effectively about the movement
Enjoy learning and growing
Will bring creativity and energy to their role

Coordinators host events, organize programs, and build the movement
Coordinators will get invited to represent Principled Business at other events
Principled Business hosts monthly calls to both check-in with coordinators and invite Principled Business Leaders to share their experience and insights with coordinators
June 2025
Principled Business Coordinator Awards & Showcase - Principled Business will recognize the top Coordinators and provide an opportunity for them to share their new startup or initiative at their business
Coordinators in Cohort 1 can apply to remain a Coordinator, take on more responsibilities, or move on
Cohort 2 will open up for applications
FAQs

There is no fee for this program, and Coordinators are not paid. The benefits of participating are the training, network, and access to opportunities that come from being a Principled Business Coordinator.

Over the course of a year, the bare minimum requirements of Coordinators are to:
1. Organize at least 1 Speaker Event
2. Host at least 1 Incubator Day
3. Build your own business or develop a project to advance the business you're in such that it's aligned with the principles of capitalism
4. Participate in all trainings and check-ins
5. Serve as an ambassador for Principled Business
From there, Coordinators have additional opportunities to advance the movement and receive support from Principled Business in pursuit of doing so.

You should expect to dedicate at least 5 hours/month to the Coordinator role.

Principled Business is building a movement, and events are a core part of building a movement. That is why we emphasize different types of events so much in the Coordinator role. However, if you believe you can serve the movement in some other way, such as by writing, leading trainings, or something else, please reach out let us know in your application. Specializations are possible.

We will review applications as they come in. Anyone who we believe is a strong candidate will receive an interview. From there, the top candidates will be invited to the virtual training program. Only those who satisfactorily complete the training will become Principled Business Coordinators.

Principled Business provides Coordinators with a Principled Business email, templates for organizing events, access to our network of business leaders to speak and provide mentorship, invitations to both Principled Business and other invitation-only events, and finances to put on programs expanding the movement.
