Principled Business is excited to helping values-aligned entrepreneurs develop their leadership skills, their networks, and their businesses.
There is no financial cost to founders participating. The cost is your time and high expectations for participation and engagement to get the most out of the accelerator and contribute to the movement.
Who This Is For?
Founders at the pre-seed stage: including idea-stage founders, first-time founders, people making the leap from employee to entrepreneur, and small teams that are pre-funding. We work with founders who value a free and prosperous future and have started a business that has under $500,000 in ARR.

A 10-week online program, culminating in an intensive in-person event in Necker Island, Richard Branson’s Home. Designed to equip startups for fundraising and networking with top business leaders.

The program includes pre-accelerator readings and trainings, followed by a 2-month accelerator. Entrepreneurs have weekly calls, assignments, pitch practice and co-working sessions. The program culminates in a pitch competition at the Principled Business Summit in Necker Island.

The Principled Business Mentors and Accelerator organizers will choose the finalists based on attendance, commitment, and startup development.
